摘要
从人机工程学的角度改良现有的空调遥控器,提出让人更舒适、操作更便捷的空调遥控器设计方案。通过前期调查问卷和搜集资料等方法,对空调遥控器上关于按键、显示屏、指示文字等方面的问题进行分析,参考我国成人人体主要尺寸,在遥控器外观形状、文字大小和字体、显示屏呈现信息、电池壳及电池大小等方面设计。设计出更符合人机的空调遥控器三维模型。该模型可为符合人机的小型手持工具设计提供参考。
This paper improves the existing air conditioning remote control from the Angle of ergonomics,and puts forward the design scheme of air conditioning remote control which makes people feel more comfortable and operate more conveniently.By means of pre-questionnaire and data collection,this paper analyses the problems of keys,display screens and instructions on air-conditioning remote controller.Referring to the main size of adult human body in China,it designs the appearance shape,text size and font of remote controller,display screen presentation information,battery case and battery size.Design a three-dimensional model of air-conditioning remote controller which is more suitable for man-machine.The model can provide reference for the design of small hand-held tools which are suitable for human-machine.
