摘要
为获取汽车轮毂参数化形态设计的步骤和方法,以期能为我国汽车轮毂设计产业添砖加瓦。本文首先分析了汽车轮毂发展现状,得出轮毂个性化定制和快速设计成为轮毂设计领域的未来发展趋势之一;其次总结了个性化定制中存在的问题,以及个性化需求下汽车轮毂参数化形态设计的方法;之后结合实际情况,探讨汽车轮毂参数化形态设计的步骤和方法。得到参数化形态设计在轮毂设计中应用的方法步骤。该方法可为参数化形态设计在轮毂设计中的应用提供参考。
In order to obtain the steps and methods of parameterized shape design of automobile wheel hub,in order to contribute to the manufacturing industry of automobile wheel hub in China.This paper first analyzes the current situation of the development of automobile wheel hub,and concludes that personalized customization and rapid design of wheel hub will become one of the future development trends in the field of wheel hub design;secondly,it summarizes the problems existing in personalized customization and the method of parameterized shape design of automobile wheel hub under the personalized demand;then,combined with the actual situation,it discusses the steps and methods of parameterized shape design of automobile wheel hub.The method and steps of parametric shape design applied in hub design are obtained.This method can provide reference for the application of parametric shape design in hub design.
