北京市老旧平房社区居家养老服务设计探究

RESEARCH ON THE SERVICE DESIGN OF HOME BASED CARE FOR THE ELDERLY IN OLD BUNGALOW COMMUNITY OF BEIJING

探索老龄化背景下北京市老旧平房社区老年人居家养老服务新模式。深入北京市旧城平房社区,通过与社区工作人员及典型老年人访谈调研,对现有社区内居家养老服务模式进行分析,总结北京市目前老旧平房社区居家养老的特点和不足。运用服务流程图、服务蓝图,针对北京市老旧平房社区老年人的需求,提出居家养老服务设计。为城市老旧平房社区老年人居家养老服务设计新模式提供参考。

To explore a new mode of home-based care for the elderly in old bungalow communities in Beijing.Through interviews with typical elderly residents and social workers,this paper makes an analysis of the existing service mode of home-based old-age care in old bungalow communities in Beijing,and summarizes the characteristics and shortcomings of home-based care for the elderly in old bungalow community.Based on the service flow chart and service blueprint,this paper puts forward the design of home care service for the elderly in the old bungalow community of Beijing.It provides a reference for the design of home-based old-age care service for the elderly in the old urban bungalow community.
