解放前夕,随着东北九省流通券长春本票的大量发行使用,通货膨胀严重、货币不断贬值,吉林省长春区域的银行利用与法币的法定比值,疯狂向关内调拨套利的汇票。当时长春的17家银行,几乎都参与了调款行动,其中1948年8月更是出现了汇款6834亿元的世界之最。长春汇票的汇款额无法估量,但是,通过对6—8月期间166张汇票实物的考证,尤其是对中国农民银行长春办事处、长春交通银行等银行机构汇票实物的研究,结合其票面版式、汇款时间、数量、金额等情况进行梳理,得以反映这段时间汇票的划款趋势,更可见资本的逐利本性对当时关内经济造成的巨大冲击。

On the eve of liberation,with the issuance and use of a large number of Changchun promissory notes in circulation in nine northeastern provinces,inflation was serious and the currency continued to depreciate,the banks in Changchun area of Jilin Province use the legal ratio of legal currency to transfer arbitrage bills to the customs.At that time,almost all the 17 banks in Changchun participated in the transfer operation,among which the world's largest remittance of 683.4 billion yuan appeared in August 1948.The remittance amount of Changchun bill is immeasurable,but through the textual research on 166 bills of exchange between June and August,especially the research on the bills of exchange in Changchun Office of the Farmers Bank of China,Changchun Bank of Communications and other banking institutions,combined with its face format,remittance time,quantity,amount,etc.,it can reflect the remittance trend of the bill in this period of time,and it can also be seen that the profit-seeking nature of capital had a huge impact on the economy of that time.
