坚持中国共产党的领导是重大政治原则。坚持党的领导、加强党的建设这一"根"和"魂"是深入推进我国国有企业改革,促进国有企业高质量发展的重要法宝。改革开放以来,国有企业坚持党的领导不动摇、坚持党管干部原则不动摇、坚持党的领导与公司治理有机统一不动摇,不断创新治理体系,持续推进企业治理能力现代化,使国有企业成为了党和国家最可信赖的依靠力量。国有企业党的建设应始终坚持习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想,以习近平总书记在全国国有企业党的建设工作会议的重要讲话精神为指引,深入贯彻党的十九届四中全会精神,以党建促治理,以党建推动新时代我国国有企业现代管理制度创新、促进国有企业优秀文化建设创新、推动国有企业工作方法创新。

It is an important political principle to upholding the leadership of the Communist Party of China.Upholding the Party’s leadership and enhancing Party construction,which act as the"root"and the"soul",are important magic weapons for deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises(SOEs)and promoting the high-quality development of SOEs.Since the reform and opening-up,SOEs have been adhering to the principals of upholding the Party’s leadership,Party management of cadres,and the organic unity of Party’s leadership and corporate governance,continuing to innovate the governance system and promote the modernization of corporate governance capacity,which make China’s SOEs the most reliable force for the Party and the country.SOEs’ Party construction should stick to Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era;taking the important speech spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping at the National State-owned Enterprise Party Construction Working Conference as the pointer;thoroughly implement the spirit of the 4 th Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee of the CPC,promote governance by Party construction,and also by Party construction to promote the innovation of SOEs’ modern management system in the new era,the innovation of excellent SOEs’ culture construction,and the innovation of the SOEs’ working procedures.
