乡村振兴战略是新时期推动中国农村社会经济发展的重大举措,为中国农村全面发展注入了新的强大活力。在"丘区乡村振兴学术峰会"上,学者们普遍认为丘区县实施乡村振兴应充分认识历史、市场和区位,提出要注重基础设施建设、突出乡村人才振兴,可通过三产融合对冲农业的小部门化、以"互联网+"对冲乡村交易成本的劣势、以创新创业对冲城市的虹吸效应,不断增强农民积极性。

Rural revitalization strategy is a major strategic measure to promote social and economic development of China’s rural areas in the new period,which has injected new powerful vitality into the all-round development of China’s rural areas.At the"academic summit on rural revitalization in the hilly areas",scholars generally emphasize that counties in the hilly areas should fully understand the history,markets and location when implementing rural revitalization.They put forward suggestions such as paying attention to the infrastructure construction,highlighting the revitalization of rural talents,and constantly enhancing peasants’ positivity specifically by means of hedging little departmentalization of agriculture with three industries integration,hedging disadvantages of rural transaction cost with "Internet Plus",and hedging the siphon effect of cities with innovation and entrepreneurship.
