窄谱中波紫外线光疗联合多磺酸粘多糖乳膏治疗老年慢性湿疹的疗效观察

Curative effect of NB-UVB phototherapy combined with mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream on chronic eczema in elderly patients

目的观察窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)光疗联合多磺酸粘多糖乳膏治疗老年慢性湿疹的疗效。方法将85例老年慢性湿疹患者随机分为两组,治疗组48例给予NB-UVB光疗联合多磺酸粘多糖乳膏治疗,对照组37例只给予多磺酸粘多糖乳膏治疗,两组均于治疗8周和12周后判定疗效。结果实际完成全部疗程治疗组44例,对照组36例。治疗8周和12周后,治疗组有效率分别为61.36%和86.37%,对照组有效率分别为47.22%和55.55%,治疗12周后两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论NB-UVB光疗联合多磺酸粘多糖乳膏治疗老年慢性湿疹临床效果良好,不良反应少,复发率低。

Objective To observe the efficacy of Narrow-band ultraviolet B(NB-UVB)phototherapy combined with mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream on chronic eczema in elderly patients.Methods Eighty-five elderly patients with chronic eczema were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group(n=48)was treated with NB-UVB phototherapy combined with mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream.The control group(n=37)was treated with mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream alone.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were determined after 8 and 12 weeks of treatment.Results Forty-four cases in the treatment group and 36 cases in the control group actually completed the whole course of treatment.After 8 and 12 weeks of treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group was 61.36%and 86.37%,respectively,and that of the control group was 47.22%and 55.55%,respectively.The difference in the effective rate was statistically significant between the treatment group and the control group after 12 weeks of treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion NB-UVB phototherapy combined with mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream has good clinical effect on chronic eczema in elderly patients,with less adverse reactions and low recurrence rate.
