北京高等学校高精尖创新中心传播研究

摘要 随着北京在高校打造“创新特区”,北京高等学校高精尖创新中心(以下简称“高精尖中心”)逐渐成为北京科技创新中心城市新定位的强大支撑.高精尖中心面临着优质引智和科研资源竞争更为激烈的挑战.新媒体浪潮下,高精尖中心能否有效传播,是能否赢得竞争的重要环节.本文立足于北京“四个中心”建设和新媒体迅猛发展的宏观社会环境,通过调查问卷及深度访谈的形式,对21个高精尖中心进行分析研究,梳理目前国内高精尖中心传播现状及问题,研究认为可从营造传播阵势,增强传播能力,提升传播者媒介素养等方面提升高精尖创新中心的传播路径. With Beijing creating an"innovation special zone"in colleges and universities,the advanced innovation centers have gradually became a strong support for the new positioning of the Beijing Science and Technology Innovation Center.The advanced innovation centers face to competition from high-quality intelligence and scientific research resources.Under the new media wave,whether the image of advanced innovation centers can be effectively spread is an important part of winning competition.Based on Beijing′s construction of the"four-center"and the rapid development of new media,the paper analyzes and studies twenty one advanced innovation centers through questionnaires and in-depth interviews,and sorts out the current status and problems of image communication of advanced innovation centers in China,and tries to propose a path to improve the dissemination of advanced innovation centers image from the promotion of communicator media literacy,enhancing communication capabilities,and strengthening public opinion guidance,etc.
