超临界锅炉水冷壁管变形是安装过程中普遍存在的问题,这严重影响了水冷壁的外观质量及使用寿命。分析了造成水冷壁管变形的原因,并针对这些原因提出了相应的措施,为超临界锅炉水冷壁的现场安装提供参考借鉴。

Deformation of water wall tube of supercritical boiler is a common problem that often happens during installation. On some spots with poor management, the deformation is really shocking, which may even reach 160 mm and has a deep influence on the appearance quality and service life of water wall tubes. This paper mainly analyzes various causes of water wall tube deformation and puts forward some corresponding measures according to these causes. These measures can serve as the reference for field installation and the technical assurance for the safe operation ofwater wall tubes.
