抛光对浮法超薄碱铝硅酸盐玻璃化学强化翘曲影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 将抛光气氛面(A)、抛光锡面(B)和原片(C)超薄浮法铝硅酸盐玻璃在相同化学强化条件(420℃/5 h)下化学强化,分析比较化学强化指标(CS、DOL)、翘曲变形量(Wv)、气氛面与锡面的化学组成,发现A的气氛面Na2O含量高于锡面,B和C的气氛面Na2O含量均低于锡面;A气氛面CS大于锡面,B、C气氛面CS均小于锡面,A、C气氛面DOL均略大于锡面,B气氛面DOL略小于锡面,但是DOL相差很小;三种样品的翘曲值依次为B>C〉A,且翘曲方向均为向空气面凸起。另外将未经处理的原片在相同条件下(420℃/4 h)进行强化,然后分别抛光气氛面(D)和锡面(E),并分析比较化学强化指标(CS、DOL)、翘曲变形量(Wv)。发现D气氛面CS小于锡面,向气氛面凸起,且翘曲值大于未抛光的样品;E气氛面CS大于锡面,向锡面凸起,且翘曲值小于未抛光的样品。实验结果表明浮法超薄铝硅酸盐玻璃两面CS值差异是引起化学强化翘曲变形的一个重要原因。根据本研究结果,控制超薄浮法铝硅酸盐玻璃气氛面CS值大于锡面是减少化学强化翘曲变形值的有效手段。 The polished atmosphere surface(A),the polished tin surface(B)and the original sheet(C)ultra-thin float aluminosilicate glass were chemically strengthened under the same chemical strengthening conditions(420℃/5 h),and the chemical strengthening index(CS,DOL),warpage value(Wv),chemical composition of the atmosphere surface and tin surface were analyzed and compared.It was found that the Na2O content of the atmosphere surface of A was higher than that of the tin surface,and the Na2O content of the atmosphere surface of B and C was lower than that of the tin surface,the A atmosphere surface CS is larger than the tin surface,and the B and C atmosphere surfaces CS are smaller than the tin surface.The A and C atmosphere surfaces DOL are slightly larger than the tin surface,and the B atmosphere surface DOL is slightly smaller than the tin surface,but the three samples DOL difference is small.The warpage values are B〉C〉A,and the warping direction is convex toward the air surface.In addition,the untreated original sheet was strengthened under the same conditions(420℃/4 h),and then the atmosphere surface(D)and the tin surface(E)were separately polished,and the comparative chemical strengthening index(CS,DOL),and warpage value were analyzed.It was found that the D atmosphere surface CS was smaller than the tin surface,and was convex toward the atmosphere surface,and the warpage value was larger than that of the unpolished sample;the E atmosphere surface CS was larger than the tin surface,convex toward the tin surface,and the warpage value was smaller than that of the unpolished sample.The experimental results show that the difference in CS value between the two sides of the float ultra-thin aluminosilicate glass is an important cause of chemical strengthening warp deformation.According to the results of this study,controlling the CS surface of the ultra-thin floatation aluminosilicate glass atmosphere surface is greater than the tin surface is an effective means to reduce the chemical strengthening warpage deformation value.
