基于CIPP模型的高等教育发展质量评价研究

Research on Quality Evaluation of Higher Education Development Based on CIPP Model

建设高等教育强国、全面提升高等教育质量是高等教育的重要任务,也是高等教育现代化的必然要求。本文基于CIPP模型,建立“基础-投入-过程-绩效”的系统分析框架,构建我国高等教育发展质量评价指标体系,基于因子分析法对高等教育发展质量进行评价分析,得出相关结论,最后提出提升我国高等教育发展质量的建议。

Building a strong country with higher education and comprehensively improving the quality of higher education is an important task for higher education.It is also an inevitable requirement for the modernization of higher education.Based on the CIPP model,this paper establishes a system analysis framework of"basic-investment-process-performance",builds an evaluation index system for the quality of higher education development in China,evaluates and analyzes the quality of higher education development based on factor analysis,draws relevant conclusions,and finally proposes suggestions to improve the quality of higher education development in China.
