摘要
高校职称评审工作关系到能否充分激发广大教师工作的积极性及创新性,关系到我国高等教育事业的持续、稳定、健康发展。现行的高校教师职称工作中出现了比如高校管理机制中职称评审分工不明确、评审标准异化、评审材料弄虚作假、评审过程失范等问题。在此基础上提出相应的对策,这对新时期完善高校教师职称评审工作、提高教师水平和教学质量具有重要的理论和实践意义。
The evaluation of professional titles in universities is related to whether the enthusiasm and creativity of teachers can be fully stimulated and the sustainable,stable and healthy devel-opment of China's higher education.Problems such as the un-clear division of professional title evaluation in the university management mechanism,alienation of evaluation standards,fal-sification of evaluation materials,and irregularities in the evalua-tion process have emerged in the current work of university teacher titles.On this basis,corresponding countermeasures are proposed,which has important theoretical and practical signifi-cance for improving the evaluation of teachers'professional titles in the new period,improving the quality of teachers and teaching quality.
