摘要
道尔顿教学理念与全程导师制在某些契合点上对现存导师制的发展有一定参照与助长作用。如它们在意义上的共通性填补了学科中心、集体授课制的不足,并且道尔顿教育制度中导师与学生存在着明确的角色关系,其内容与组织上存在的完善的作业公约制度对现存导师制有着积极的借鉴价值。所以,本文从道尔顿制下全程导师制的性质原则、实施模式、实施保障等层面出发,探讨道尔顿制下全程导师制教育模式的融合性与优化性建设。
The teaching philosophy of Dalton and the whole tutor system have certain reference and encouragement for the devel-opment of the existing tutor system at some points of convergence.For example,the commonality of their meanings fills the gaps be-tween the disciplinary center and the collective teaching system,and there is a clear role relationship between the tutor and the students in the Dalton education system,and there are perfect operating convention systems in the content and organization.Therefore,this paper starts from the level of the principle,imple-mentation mode and implementation guarantee of the whole tutor system under Dalton system,and discusses the integration and optimization construction of the whole tutor education model un-der Dalton.
