衡阳开放型经济发展与地方高校外语人才联动培养模式研究

Research on the Coordinated Cultivation of Foreign Language Talents between Open Economy Development and Local Colleges and Universities in Hengyang

社会经济的发展离不开人才的保障,因此,根据社会经济发展的需要培养与之相适应的人才成为影响地区经济发展水平的关键。尤其是改革开放以来,我国对外经济交往日益频繁,外语人才数量与质量需求明显增加。本文以衡阳开放经济发展为大背景,指出现阶段衡阳开放经济发展与地方高校外语人才培养的现状及问题,并对人才联合培养提出具有建设性的意见和建议,以期为衡阳开放经济发展提供外语人才保障。

Social and economic development is inseparable from the help of talents.Therefore,cultivating talents meeting the needs of social and economic development has become the key to the level of regional economic development.Especially since the reform and opening up,China's economic exchanges with foreign countries have become increasingly frequent,leading to a signifi-cant increase in the demand for the quantity and quality of tal-ents.Based on the background of open economy development in Hengyang,this paper points out the current situation and prob-lems of open economy development in Hengyang and the cultiva-tion of foreign language talents in local colleges and universities,and puts forward constructive opinions and suggestions for the joint cultivation of talents,in order to provide foreign language talents for open economy development in Hengyang.
