双眼视异常中聚散系统障碍的临床诊治分析

Clinical diagnosis and treatment of convergence and dispersion disorders in binocular vision abnormalities

目的分析聚散系统障碍导致双眼视觉异常患者的诊断及临床处理方法。方法回顾性分析我院7例聚散系统障碍导致双眼视觉异常患者的临床诊治情况,采取美式21项检查法检查患者视功能,结合患者主诉和视功能检查指标分析聚散系统障碍类型,应用Sheard准则、1∶1准则、Percival准则选择治疗方法。结果7例患者的视功能检查指标各异,聚散系统障碍类型各异,经过系统训练,除1例患者外,其余症状均有明显好转。结论聚散障碍患者的诊断及处理与视功能检查指标相关,通过合理有效的视觉训练,患者的症状可大幅减轻甚至消失。

Objective To investigate diagnosis and clinical management of binocular vision abnormality caused by convergence and divergence system disorder.Methods The clinical diagnosis and treatment of 7 patients with binocular vision abnormality caused by the disorder of convergence and dispersion system in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Twenty-one American examinations were performed to exam the visual function of patients.Analysis of the types of convergence and divergence system disorder in patients was based on patient complaints and visual function tests.Sheard criteria,1∶1 criteria,Percival criteria and patient complaints were used to select the appropriate treatment.Results In the study,7 patients had different visual function indexes and different types of disorders of convergence and dispersion system.After systematic training,all the symptoms except one patient improved significantly.Conclusion Diagnosis and treatment of patients with convergence and divergence disorder are related to visual function test indicators.Through reasonable and effective visual training,the symptoms of patients are greatly reduced or even disappeared.
