近年来,牙髓再生用支架材料逐渐成为口腔医学领域的研究热点,水凝胶因具备一定的机械韧性、流变性、可降解性与良好的生物相容性等特点,被广泛应用于牙髓再生研究之中,在调控干细胞的生长、调节生长因子的释放、装载抗菌消炎药物等方面均发挥着重要作用。本文就水凝胶支架材料用于牙髓再生的研究现状与发展趋势进行概述。

In recent years,scaffolds for dental pulp regeneration had gradually become a research hotspot in the field of stomatology.Hydrogels were widely used in pulp regeneration due to their mechanical toughness,rheological properties,biodegradability and good biocompatibility.Hydrogels played an important role in regulating the growth of stem cells,regulating the release of growth factors and delivery of anti-inflammation and anti-bacteria drugs.This paper summarized the research status and development trend of hydrogel scaffolds for pulp regeneration.
