废弃玻璃砂对地聚合物混凝土性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 将废弃玻璃砂取代部分河砂制备偏高岭土基地聚合物混凝土,研究了废弃玻璃砂取代率对地聚合物混凝土力学性能与耐久性能的影响。结果表明,随着废弃玻璃砂取代率的增加,地聚合物混凝土的抗压强度、弹性模量和劈裂抗拉强度均先提高后降低,取代率为60%时地聚合物混凝土的力学性能最佳。增大废弃玻璃砂取代率可显著提高地聚合物混凝土的抗化学侵蚀性能,当取代率超过80%时,地聚合物混凝土试样分别在2%H2SO4溶液和5%NaCl溶液中浸泡60 d后的抗压强度损失较小。 The effect of waste glass sand with different replacement ratios on mechanical properties and durability of metakaolin-based geopolymer concrete was investigated in this study by partially substituting natural river sand with waste glass sand.The results show that the compressive strength,elastic modulus and splitting tensile strength of geopolymer concrete increase first and then decrease with an increase in glass sand content.Specifically,the optimal mechanical properties of geopolymer concrete were obtained when the substitution ratio was 60%.In addition,the incorporation of glass sand can significantly enhance the chemical corrosion resistance of geopolymer concrete.Especially,when immersed into 2%H2SO4 solution and 5%NaCl solution for 60 days respectively,the loss of compressive strength of geopolymer concrete incorporated with more than 80%glass sand was less.
