摘要
以水为溶剂,选用过硫酸钾-次硫酸氢钠甲醛为氧化还原引发体系,常温合成了低分子质量的聚丙烯酸钠(SN-1)。通过正交试验,研究了反应单体浓度、链转移剂浓度、引发剂浓度、反应时间对聚丙烯酸钠分子质量的影响,确定了最佳工艺参数。将SN-1与普通聚羧酸减水剂复配使用,可改善混凝土离析等现象,提高混凝土的和易性,并已成功应用于济南绿地中央商务区A2地块项目的C50混凝土拌制。
Low molecular weight sodium polyacrylate(SN-1)was synthesized by using water as solvent and potassium persulfate-sodium bisulfate-formaldehyde as initiator at room temperature.The effects of monomer concentration,chain transfer agent concentration,initiator concentration and reaction time on the molecular weight of sodium polyacrylate were studied by orthogonal test,and the optimum ratio of each factor was determined.By mixing SN-1 with ordinary polycarboxylate water reducer,the segregation of concrete was improved,and the workability of concrete was greatly improved.C50 concrete which meets the A2 block project of Jinan Greenland Central Business District was successfully prepared.
