摘要
心房颤动(简称房颤)是临床常见的心律失常,现代医学主要采用药物和经导管射频消融术(RFCA)治疗房颤,但西药带来的不良反应以及RFCA术后复发等问题仍亟待解决。中医药可改善房颤患者临床症状,提高生活质量,联合西药治疗可提高疗效,改善预后,减轻药物不良反应。中西医结合治疗房颤优势主要包括转复心律,预防RFCA术后复发,治疗原发病并改善临床症状。中西医结合治疗房颤具有广阔的研究前景及发展潜力。
Atrial fibrillation(AF) is a common type of arrhythmia in the clinic. Drug and radio-frequeney catheter ablation(RFCA) are the mainly treatment method for AF in modern medicine. However,the adverse reaction induced by drug, and relapse after RFCA are still to be resolved. Chinese medicine can improve clinical symptoms and quality of life in AF patients. Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine can improve efficacy and prognosis,and reduce the adverse reaction in AF patients. The advantages of integrated Chinese and Western medicine mainly include cardioversion,prevention of relapse after RFCA,treatment of primary diseases and improvement of clinical symptoms. Integrated Chinese and Western medicine has broad research prospects and development potential.
