In the characteristic development of local universities we should give full play to their inherent advantages with each university as a subject and their different characteristics as a basis.In the characteristic development of first-class undergraduate education in local universities we should adhere to the basic principles of localization,classified construction and dual subjects.The path of characteristic development is to make clear the characteristics of school-running concept as the development guide,stress the characteristics of disciplines and specialties as the development core,create the characteristics of talent training as the development basis,and highlight the characteristics of regional culture as the development soul.
