“隐性教育”在高校思想政治教学中的问题及改进策略 被引量:21

摘要 思想政治教育中的"隐性教育"是对传统思政课程"显性教育"的必要补充,目的是使学生在潜移默化的学习中接受教育。高校思想政治教育中的"隐性教育"存在原则理念不明确、专业结合不紧密、教育资源不丰富以及教育主体思想政治素养欠缺等问题。更好地发挥课程思政在高校思想政治教育中的作用,可采取以下改进策略:明确课程思政的理念和原则,完善思想政治教育体系;课程思政与专业教育紧密结合,价值引领与知识传授同频共振;深挖课程思政教育资源,多维度强化思想政治教育效果;提升专业教师的课程思政能力,思想政治教育主体由专人转向人人。 The“recessive education”in the ideological and political education is a necessary supplement for the“dominant education” of traditional ideological and political course,with the purpose of making students receive education in subtle learning.In the ideological and political education in university,there exist such problems as the unclear principle and idea,the lack of professional combination,the insufficient educational resources and the shortage of ideological and political literacy of educational subject.To better play the role of ideological and political education in university,we can take such improvement strategies as clarifying the concept and principles of ideological and political education in course to improve the ideological and political education system,combining ideological and political education in course closely with professional education to lead values and teach knowledge together,exploiting further ideological and political education resources in course to strengthen the ideological and political education effect in multiple dimensions,improving the course ability of professional teachers to change the subject of ideological and political education from the assigned person to everyone.
