摘要
双创教育以激励创新、鼓励创业为载体,对激活大学生创新、创业与自主就业起到了驱动、支持与启发的作用。在双创教育中,"同质定位"可以建设专业基础深厚扎实、技术技能提升潜力强与课题研究市场发展力大的团队,"异质拓展"可以建设具有同岗位技术技能多元性创新、同技术技能多岗位或多行业创新应用与同技术技能多类型设备研发的团队,以创新推动创业、以创业实现就业、以就业转化创新,建设见习性、就业性、社团性双创团队。
Mass entrepreneurship and innovation education,with the carrier of encouraging innovation and entrepreneurship, plays a driving, supporting and inspiring role in activating college students’ innovation, entrepreneurship and independent employment. In the mass entrepreneurship and innovation education,the"homogeneous orientation"can build a team with deep and solid professional foundation,strong potential for technical skills promotion and powerful market development power of research projects,and the"heterogeneous expansion"can build a team with diversified innovation of technical skills in the same position,multi post or multi industry innovation application of the same technical skills and multi type equipment research and development so as to promote entrepreneurship through innovation,achieve employment through entrepreneurship and improve innovation through employment,and build a team of mass entrepreneurship and innovation with internship,employment and sociality.
