地方本科院校开展双创教育的特殊性路径研究

Research on the Special Path of Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation Education in Local Universities

地方本科院校在我国高校日益增强的地位决定了其只有结合自身发展,走具有自身特色的发展路径,才能更具竞争力。从地方本科院校的硬实力、软实力、外在因素等方面分析了地方本科院校自身发展的特殊性,继而提出地方高校的发展必须尊重和结合地方资源及行业特征,明确人才培养定位;因地制宜完善双创课程体系建设,普及创新创业知识;开展体现区域行业特征的实习实训,规范双创实践体系建设;创建有地方及行业特色的创客空间,完善学生交流平台;立足自身加强师资队伍及考核激励机制建设,提升质量,明确导向。

The growing position of local universities in China determines that they can be more competitive only by combining their own development and taking their own characteristic development path.This paper analyzes the particularity of the development of local universities from such aspects as hard strength,soft strength and external factors,and then puts forward that the development of local universities must respect and combine the local resources and industry characteristics to define the talent-training orientation;improve the construction of double innovation curriculum system according to local conditions and popularize the knowledge of innovation and entrepreneurship;carry out the practice reflecting the regional industry characteristics and standardize the construction of mass entrepreneurship and innovation practice system;create maker space with local and industrial characteristics and improve student exchange platform;strengthen the construction of teaching staff and assessment&incentive mechanism based on themselves to improve quality and clarify guidance.
