摘要
肥胖是导致各种疾病的独立危险因素。有氧运动为疾病治疗的有效手段之一,大量研究结果表明,有氧运动可以调节血脂含量,但调节脂代谢分子机制并不稳定。本文就选择大鼠作为研究对象,制定有氧运动对高脂饲料喂养大鼠的血脂与骨骼肌影响的实验,从而进行分析,研究了有氧运动对饲喂高脂饲料大鼠脂代谢的调节作用及其可能的作用机制。
Obesity is an independent risk factor for various diseases.Aerobic exercise is one of the effective methods for disease treatment.A large number of studies have shown that aerobic exercise can regulate blood lipid content,but the mechanism of regulating lipid metabolism is not stable.In this paper,the effects of aerobic exercise on lipid and skeletal muscle of high-fat fed rats were studied.The effects of aerobic exercise on lipid metabolism of high-fat fed rats and its possible mechanism were studied.
