限饲和补充益生菌对鹌鹑生长性能和胴体特征的影响 被引量:1

摘要 本研究旨在评估饲料限饲及日粮中添加益生菌混合物作为天然生长促进剂对肉用鹌鹑生长性能、饮水量、死亡率和胴体性状的影响。试验选择1日龄未交配鹌鹑250只,随机分为5组,对照组饲喂基础日粮(不做任何处理),T1组饲喂基础日粮(限饲4 h/d),T2组饲喂基础日粮+0.1 g/kg复合益生菌(限饲4 h),T3组饲喂基础日粮(限饲8 h),T4组饲喂基础日粮+0.1 g/kg复合益生菌(限饲8 h)。试验从0~14 d时开始饲喂试验料,然后从14~28 d时开始限饲。结果显示:对照组鹌鹑比其他处理组消耗更多的饲料和水(P<0.05),但其体重与其他处理组无显著差异(P>0.05)。与其他组相比,添加益生菌的T3和T4组鹌鹑料重比最低(P<0.05)。饲喂益生菌对鹌鹑健康有积极作用,降低了死亡率。此外,无论是否补充益生菌,限饲均可显著降低死亡率(P<0.05)。试验处理对鹌鹑胴体参数无显著影响(P>0.05)。结果表明,每天限饲4~8 h的情况下,在鹌鹑日粮中添加益生菌可以提高其生长性能。 The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of feed restriction and dietary supplementation with probiotic mixtures as natural growth promoters on growth performance,water consumption,mortality,and carcass characteristics of meat quails.Choose 1 d 250 unmated quails,randomly assigned to 5 completely random group,control group fed based diet(don’t do any processing),T1 group feeding based diet(limited feeding 4 h/day),T2 group fed the basal diet+0.1 g/kg compound probiotics(limited feeding 4 h),T3 group feeding based diet(limited feeding 8 h),T4 group fed the basal diet+0.1 g/kg compound probiotics(limited feeding 8 h).Feeding of test materials began at 0~14 d,and then feeding restriction began at 14~28 d.The results showed that the control group consumed more feed and water than the other treatment groups(P<0.05),but their body weight was not significantly different from that of the other treatment groups(P>0.05).Compared with the other groups,the 3 and T4 groups with probiotics had the lowest feed-to-weight ratio(s P<0.05).Probiotics had a positive effect on quail health and reduced mortality.In addition,the mortality rate was significantly reduced with or without probiotics(P<0.05).The carcass parameters were not significantly affected by the experimental treatment(P>0.05).The results showed that quails could increase their growth performance by adding probiotics as growth promoters to their diets under the condition of 4~8 h daily diet restriction.
