摘要
饲料作为我国畜牧业发展的重要物质基础,对我国现代化农业的兴起与发展具有重要推动作用。随着畜牧业质量与产量要求的提升,饲料安全法律法规体系建设也日益完善,作为助力畜牧业发展的有效抓手,饲料安全体系的构建已成为我国农业发展的重要部分。在加强我国饲料安全体系监管中,要系统化完善饲料添加剂的使用规范,有效保障饲料质量得到的同时提升添加剂合理使用的规范化意义。本文从我国饲料法律法规体系现状出发,对我国饲料添加剂使用的不规范化现象进行有效分析,通过审视我国饲料法律法规体系的缺陷来丰富和完善饲料安全的立法措施,进而提升法律法规对饲料添加剂合理使用的规范化意义。
As an important material basis for the development of animal husbandry in China,feed has played an important role in promoting the rise and development of modern agriculture in China.With the improvement of animal husbandry quality and output requirements,the construction of feed safety laws and regulations has also become increasingly perfect.As an effective tool to assist the development of animal husbandry,the construction of feed safety systems has become an important part of China’s agricultural development.In strengthening the supervision of China’s feed safety system,we must systematically improve the rational use of feed additives,so that the quality of feed can be effectively guaranteed and the standardized meaning of reasonable use of additives should be improved.Based on the current status of China’s feed laws and regulations system,this article analyzes the deregulation of additives in China’s feed safety and analyzes the deficiencies of China’s feed laws and regulations system to enrich and improve the legislative measures of feed safety,and then improve laws and regulations The standardized significance for the rational use of feed additives.
