摘要
师生交往就是教师和学生之间相互作用、相互交流的过程。权力和权利是师生交往中的一对既对立又统一的矛盾体。教师身为社会的委托人,具有管理学生、对学生负责的权力。教师权力的存在很大程度上满足了学生的需要,从教师的视角来看,权力应该优先于于权利。在师生交往过程中,提倡以学生为主体,根据学生的需要教学,学生具有了维护自身权利的权力;从学生的视角来看,权利应该优先于权力。师生交往中教师的权力与学生的权利这对矛盾的外在表现就是师生间的博弈,这对矛盾可以通过师生谈判得以解决,经过谈判达成一种契约,师生在契约下进行交往,最终实现师生共赢。
The communication between teachers and students is the process of mutual interaction and influence between teachers and students. The power and right in the communication between teachers and students is a paradox of contradiction and unification. As the client of the society,teachers have the power to manage and be responsible for students. The existence of teachers’ power satisfies the needs of students to a large extent. From the perspective of teachers,power should take precedence over right. In the process of communication between teachers and students,students have the right to maintain their own power because of the advocating of student-orientedness and the teaching according to the needs of students. And from the perspective of students,right should take precedence over power. The external manifestation of the contradiction between teachers’ power and students’ right in the communication between teachers and students is the game between teachers and students. The contradiction can be solved through the negotiation between teachers and students,and then a contract can be reached. As a result win-win cooperation between teachers and students will be achieved.
