帕鲁特金矿膏体充填采矿技术研究与工程实践 被引量:11

Study on the Paste Filling Mining Method in Pakrut Gold Mine and its Engineering Practice

摘要 针对该矿尾矿粒径超细(37μm以下占58.94%),普通脱水方法效率低、脱水困难等问题,为保证井下采矿安全,提高资源回采率,帕鲁特金矿建立了塔吉克斯坦首座膏体充填站。采用高效深锥浓密机脱水,获得底流浓度60%~65%的较好效果,加入破碎筛分碎石有效改善粒径级配,克服超细尾砂与水泥难粘结等问题,双卧轴搅拌机、膏体充填专用柱塞泵、自动化控制系统等具有稳定性高、充填效率高、自动化程度高等优点。膏体充填工业试验表明充填效果良好,接顶率高,充填体强度符合设计要求,采区回采率由73%提高至90%,贫化率由12%~15%降至6%~10%。 The ultra-fine particle size of the mine tailings,-37μm accourting for 58.94%,would cause the low dehydration efficiency and dehydration difficulty of common dehydration methods.In view of the problems,the first paste filling station in Tajikistan was established in Palut gold mine to ensure the safety of underground mining and improve the recovery rate of resources.The high-efficiency deep cone thickener was used for dehydration to obtain a good effect of underflow concentration from 60%to 65%.Adding crushing rocks can effectively improve the particle size gradation and overcome the problems of difficult adhesion between ultra-fine tailings and cement.The twin-shaft mixer,paste fill plunger pump and automatic control system have many advantages,such as high stability,high filling efficiency,high degree of automation.Paste filling industry tests showed that the filling effect was good,the tight-filling ratio was high,and the compressive strength of the filling body met the design requirements.The ore recovery rate increased from 73%to 90%,and the depletion rate decreased from 12%~15%to 6%~10%.
