基于正交试验的空场嗣后充填采矿法采场参数的确定 被引量:9

Determination of Stope Parameters of Open Stoping and Subsequent Filling Mining Method Based on Orthogonal Test

摘要 采场参数直接影响矿山采场安全性以及经济效益,以云南某矿山为例,利用正交试验设计方法,研究不同矿房、矿柱尺寸,以及充填体不同沉降率时,围岩塑性区显现规律。得出以下结论:影响位移量的主次顺序为矿房尺寸>矿柱尺寸>充填体沉降率,其最佳组合为A1B4C1,随着矿房尺寸的逐渐增大,位移量呈上升趋势,且上升幅度较大,随着矿柱尺寸的增大,位移量逐渐减少;影响塑性区体积大小的主次顺序为矿房尺寸>充填体沉降率>矿柱尺寸,其最佳组合为A1C1B4,塑性区体积随着矿房尺寸的增大而逐渐增大,随着充填体沉降率的增大而逐渐减小。最终选取矿柱6m,矿房跨度35m的采场结构参数。 The stope parameters directly affect the safety and economic benefits of the stope.Taking a mine in Yunnan Province as an example,the law of the plastic zone in the surrounding rock under different rooms,pillar sizes and different settlement rates of the filling body was studied by using the orthogonal experimental design method.The following conclusions were drawn.Firstly,the primary and secondary order of influencing the displacement was room size,pillar size,and settlement rate of filling body,and the best combination was A1 B4 C1.Secondly,with the gradual increase of room size,the displacement showed an upward trend,and the upward range was large.And with the increase of pillar size,the displacement decreased gradually.Thirdly,influencing order of the volume size of plastic area was room size>settlement of filling body>pillar size.The best parameters combination was A1 C1 B4.The volume of plastic zone increased with the increase of room size and decreased with the increase of filling settlement rate.Finally,the stope structural parameters with 6 m of ore pillar and 35 m of room span were selected.
