摘要
为获得一种经济、环保、高性能的浆体充填材料,以粉煤灰作主要材料,水泥、矿渣、石灰为辅助材料,采用正交试验方案,进行粉煤灰充填材料优化配比试验,探讨了水泥掺量、粉煤灰掺量、料浆质量浓度、石灰掺量对充填体流动性、凝结时间、抗压强度的影响,并对测试结果进行极差分析,结果表明:当水泥∶矿渣∶粉煤灰=6∶4∶90,石灰掺量为2%,质量浓度为62%时,充填材料各项性能指标均达到最优。
In order to obtain a kind of economical,environmental and high-performance filling material,using fly ash as main material and cement,slag and lime as auxiliary material,proportion optimization experiment on mine filling materials was conducted by orthogonal experiment.The effects of cement content,fly ash content,slurry mass concentration and lime content on backfill fluidity,solidification time and compressive strength were discussed.Also,range analysis on test results was conducted.The test results showed that when the ratio of cement,slag and fly ash was 6:4:90,lime dosage was 2%,and the mass concentration was 62%,each performance index of the filling material was optimal.
