胶固粉-全尾砂充填体强度特征试验研究 被引量:10

Experimental Study on the Strength Properties of Cemented Backfill with Cementation Powder and Unclassified Tailings

摘要 以胶固粉为胶结剂,对胶固粉-全尾砂充填体进行了单轴压缩试验,研究了充填体强度与质量浓度、灰砂比、养护龄期的关系,并与C42.5硅酸盐水泥充填体强度进行了对比分析。研究结果表明:在质量浓度一定的条件下,充填体强度增长速率随着养护龄期与灰砂比的增大呈减小的趋势。质量浓度的增大可有效提升充填体7d强度,但充填体28d强度主要受控于灰砂比。在相同质量浓度与灰砂比条件下,胶固粉-全尾砂充填体7d与28d强度总体优于C42.5水泥充填体。因此,在一定条件下,胶固粉-全尾砂充填体可有效降低因充填体破坏而导致的矿石损失与贫化,对保障安全生产,提高矿山经济效益具有一定的作用。 The uniaxial compression test was carried out on cemented backfill with cementation powder and unclassified tailings,and the relationships between the strength of backfill with the mass concentration,the cement-sand ratio,and the curing age were studied.Then,the strength of backfill with cementation powder and unclassified tailings was compared with that of C42.5 cement backfill.The results showed that under the same condition of the mass concentration,the growth rate of the strength decreased with the increase of curing age and the cement-sand ratio.The increase of mass concentration can effectively improve the strength of the backfill in 7 d,but the strength of the backfill in 28 d was mainly controlled by the cement-sand ratio.Under the same mass concentration and cement-sand ratio,the strength of cemented backfill with cementation powder and unclassified tailings in 7 d and 28 d was better than that of C42.5 cement backfill.Therefore,the cemented backfill with cementation powder and unclassified tailings can effectively reduce the ore loss and dilution caused by the failure of the backfill to some extent,and played an important role in ensuring the safety of production and improving the economic benefits of the mine.
