碱激发矿渣胶结剂对尾砂充填料浆流动性和抗压强度的影响 被引量:16

Effects of Alkali-activated Slag Binder on the Fluidity and Compressive Strength of Cement Paste Backfill

摘要 针对固体浓度、胶结剂含量、激发剂/胶结剂(Al/Bi)比、硅酸钠/氢氧化钠(SS/SH)比对尾砂胶结充填料浆(CPB)流动性和抗压强度的影响进行了试验研究,结果表明:碱激发矿渣基充填料浆流动性和抗压强度均优于水泥基充填料浆。随固体浓度与SS/SH比值增大,碱激发矿渣基充填料浆流动性降低,而提高胶结剂含量与Al/Bi比值,碱激发矿渣基充填料浆流动性得到改善;随着固体浓度和胶结剂含量的增加,充填体试块强度随之增加,但增长速率降低;当Al/Bi比值小于0.3时,随着Al/Bi增大,碱激发矿渣充填体试块强度增加;Al/Bi比值大于0.3时,充填体试块强度呈现下降趋势;SS/SH比值对碱激发矿渣基充填体试块强度的影响则与养护时间有关。 In this paper,the effects of solid concentration,binder content,ratio of activator to binder(Al/Bi),and ratio of sodium silicate to sodium hydroxide(SS/SH)on the fluidity and compressive strength of cement paste backfill were experimentally investigated.Results showed that the fluidity and compressive strength of alkali-activated slag cemented paste backfill(AAS-CPB)were both better than those of the cement-based backfill.The fluidity of the AAS-CPB decreased with the increase of solid content and SS/SH ratio,and improved with increase of binder dosage and Al/Bi ratio.As the solid concentration and binder content rising,the strength of the filling body increased accordingly,but the growth rate was reduced.When the Al/Bi ratio was less than 0.3,the strength of AAS-CPB body increased as Al/Bi ratio increased.In contrast,the strength of AAS-CPB body demonstrated a downward trend when the Al/Bi ratio was greater than 0.3.Besides,the influence of SS/SH ratio on the strength of AAS-CPB body was related to the curing time.
