某钨矿全尾砂充填胶凝材料优选 被引量:6

Optimization of Filling Cementitious Materials with Full Tailings in a Tungsten Mine

摘要 针对湖南某钨矿充填胶凝材料的优选,研究了全尾砂的物理化学性质,并以两种胶固粉以及P·O42.5水泥为胶凝材料,对尾砂胶结充填体抗压强度进行了研究,测定了3种胶凝材料胶结块在不同灰砂比、不同龄期下的单轴抗压强度。试验结果显示:胶固粉1的胶结试块强度增长龄期主要集中在0~3d,胶固粉2与P·O42.5水泥胶结试块强度增长龄期主要集中在7~28d。两种胶固粉的胶结充填效果优于P·O42.5水泥,且在灰砂比为(1∶4)^(1∶8)时,胶固粉1胶结试块强度优于胶固粉2胶结块;在灰砂比为(1∶12)^(1∶20)时,胶固粉2胶结试块强度优于胶固粉1胶结块。针对矿山采矿所需充填体强度要求,并将其进行经济对比,推荐胶固粉2作为最佳的胶凝材料。 In this paper,the physical and chemical properties of the full tailings were studied for the optimization of cementitious filling materials in a tungsten mine in Hunan Province.The compressive strength of cemented backfill with tailings was studied with two kinds of cementitious powder and P·042.5 cement as cementitious materials.The uniaxial compressive strengths of the cemented blocks with three kinds of cementitious materials at different cement-sand ratios and different curing ages were measured.The experimental results showed that the strength growth period of cemented block with the cementitious powder 1 was mainly 0~3 days,and that with the cementitious powder 2 and P·042.5 was mainly 7~28 days.The cementation filling effect of two kinds of cementitious powder was better than that of P·042.5 cement.The strength of cementitious powder 1 was better than that of cementitious powder 2 when the cement-sand ratio was(1:4)^(1:8),and the strength of cementitious powder 2 was better than that of cementitious powder 1 when the cement-sand ratio was(1:12)^(1:20).In view of the backfill strength required by mining and economic comparison,cementitious powder 2 was recommended as the best cementitious material.
