摘要
“三跨”线路上耐张线夹压接质量决定着电网安全稳定的运行,常规检测耐张线夹压接质量的方法为测量对边距,但耐张线夹内部压接质量无法检测,为了弥补常规方法的不足,通过介绍脉冲式X射线检测成像系统检测原理、检测设备及检测方法,经过多次现场X射线检测,发现了大量“三跨”线路耐张线夹压接质量中存在的典型缺陷,并将各类缺陷汇总分类,针对典型缺陷系统地分析了缺陷产生的原因,结合现场情况和相关标准要求将缺陷处理措施进行梳理,对进一步提高耐张线夹压接质量及改进压接工艺提供了重要的理论依据。
The crimp quality of the tension clamp on the“three-span”line determines the safe and stable operation of the power grid.The method of routinely testing the quality of the tension clamp is to measure the margin,but the internal crimp quality of the tensile clamp cannot be detected in this way.In order to make up for the deficiencies of the conventional methods,this paper introduces the detection principle,testing equipment and testing methods of pulsed X-ray imaging system.After many on-site X-ray inspections,a large number of typical defects in the tension clamp on"three-span"lines were found and all kinds of defects were summarized and classified.The causes of the defects were systematically analyzed for typical defects,and the defect treatment measures were combed according to the site conditions and relevant standards,all of which provides an important theoretical basis for further improving the quality of crimping and the crimping process.
