摘要
火电机组超低排放改造后陆续出现不少新问题,烟气系统阻力大、风机电耗高、风机出力不足、机组无法带额定负荷是其中的典型问题。大唐西北院对这此问题开展了深入研究,以某600 MW机组为实例进行了技术改造。改造后效果显著,局部阻力下降了960 Pa,烟气系统总阻力不再超出风机能力,机组负荷不再受限,实现了机组安全稳定满发。
After the ultra-low emission reform of the thermal power units,many new problems have emerged such as increased resistance of the flue gas,increased power consumption of the fan,insufficient output of the fan,and the unit’s failure to carry rated load.Datang Northwestern Institute conducted an in-depth study on this issue,and carried out a technical retrofit on a 600 MW unit.Obvious effect has gotten after the retrofit,the local resistance drops by 960 Pa,and the total resistance of the flue gas no longer exceeds the fan capacity.The unit load is no longer limited,and the unit operation is safe and stable.
