职业教育服务区域经济发展能力的研究——基于山西省的分析

Research on the Ability of Vocational Education to Serve Regional--An Analysis Based on Shanxi Province

职业教育在推动经济社会发展、促进就业中发挥着重要作用。随着经济高质量发展步伐的不断加快,职业教育在服务山西产业转型升级、创新能力发展等方面还存在服务区域创新能力不足、服务人才资本水平不高、服务产业转型升级能力不高等问题。构建职业教育服务区域经济发展的新型关系,提升服务区域经济发展能力,应加快现代职业教育体系建设,加强学科专业和教师队伍建设,推进产教融合,加大职业教育办学模式改革力度。

Vocational education plays an important role in promoting economic&social development and employment.With the continuous acceleration of high-quality economic development,vocational education still has some problems in serving the industrial transformation and upgrading in Shanxi and the development of innovation ability,such as the lack of innovation ability in service areas,the low level of service talent capital,and the low ability of service industry transformation and upgrading.To build a new relationship between vocational education and regional economic development,we should speed up the construction of modern vocational education system,strengthen the construction of disciplines and teaching teams,promote the integration of industry and education,and strengthen the reform of vocational education mode.
