高校辅导员谈心谈话工作开展探究

Research on the Implementation of College Counselors’ Heart-to-Heart Talk

目前,高校辅导员谈心谈话工作存在随意性、滞后性、说教化、套路多、总结少等五个突出问题,这些问题的根源主要在于高校辅导员对谈心谈话意义的认识不足、工作精力分散、规划不明、职业知识储备不足、采用的谈话方法不当。高校辅导员谈心谈话工作应从明确谈心谈话意义、区分谈心谈话类型、遵循谈心谈话原则、掌握谈心谈话方法、注重谈心谈话总结等五方面开展。

At present,there are five outstanding problems in college counselors’heart-to-heart talk work,such as randomness,lagging behind,dogmatization,more routines and fewer summaries.The causes of these problems are mainly due to the lack of understanding of the significance in heart-to-heart talk by college counselors,scattered work energy,unclear planning and inadequate reserve of professional knowledge and improper conversational methods.College counselors should make clear the significance in heart-to-heart talk,distinguish the types of heart-to-heart talk,follow the principles of the talk,master the methods of the talk,and pay attention to the summary of the talk.
