Research status and future prospect of 2019-nCoV pneumonia

病毒或细菌引起的呼吸道感染是人类最常见的疾病之一,而由新型冠状病毒引起的呼吸道病毒感染,如最近在中国武汉引发肺炎爆发的新型冠状病毒(2019-nCoV)对我国公共卫生健康构成了威胁。这篇综述简要介绍了冠状病毒的基因结构、传播的多样性等特点,以及此次新型冠状病毒感染患者的临床表现和流行病学特征。这将有助我们了解此次新型冠状病毒肺炎,并对此次疫情的防控提供帮助。

Respiratory infections caused by viruses or bacteria are one of the most common diseases in humans,and respiratory virus infections caused by novel coronaviruses,such as the novel coronavirus 2019-nCoV,which recently caused a pneumonia outbreak in Wuhan,China,poses a threat to public health in China.In this review,the characteristics of the coronavirus gene structure,the diversity of spread,the clinical symptoms and epidemiological diagnosis of patients with this novel coronavirus infection were briefly reviewed.This review will help us to understand this novel coronavirus pneumonia and provide new directions for the prevention and control of its epidemic.
