摘要
在多元化竞争背景下,作为市场供应主渠道的成品油销售企业,面对其他市场参与者为获取加油站用地,采取的扩张型投资策略和由此导致不断攀升的加油站用地投资成本,将会陷入进退两难的尴尬境地。文章以福建市场作为研究对象,通过对加油站的创效能力、加油站网络竞争力分析,提出基于网络竞争力的加油站发展投资策略,以期为处于供应主渠道地位的成品油销售企业提供国内市场加油站网络发展投资策略的解决方案,使其在动态发展过程中保持战略定力,实现高质量发展。
Under the background of diversified competition, as the main channels of market supply, oil products sales companies often find themselves in a dilemma in the face of other market participants adopting expansive investment strategy to acquire gas station land and the resulting high investment cost for gas station. This paper, taking Fujian market as a case study, puts forward development investment strategy for gas station based on network competitiveness by analyzing gas station profitability and online sales. The study is to provide the investment strategy for gas station network business development of oil products sales companies with main supply channels, letting them keep strategic focus and realize high-quality development in the dynamic development process.
