从技术经济特性指标入手,分析了炼油装置在投资、操作费用和经济效益方面的特性,指出了对中间产品合理定价的方法,对常见的典型炼油装置进行了剖析,并对降低炼油装置操作费用和提高炼油装置经济效益的途径进行了分析,指出优化炼油装置的技术经济指标,要做好前期规划,争取做到装置的大型化、先进性、低能耗、高负荷、高收率和与全厂流程的契合性。

Starting from the technical and economic characteristics, this paper analyzes the investment, operation cost and economic benefit of refining units. It comes up with the reasonable pricing method of intermediate products, analyzes the operations of typical refining units, and discusses the ways to reduce the operation cost and improve the economic benefit of refining units. In order to optimize the technical and economic indicators, it suggests that the preliminary planning should be prepared, the refining units should have the advantages of large scale, low energy consumption, high load and high yield, and the whole refining processes should be coordinated.
