经颅超声检查在帕金森病诊断中的临床意义

Clinical Significance of Transcranial Sonography Examination in the Diagnosis of Parkinson’s Disease

目的探讨经颅超声(TCS)检查对帕金森病(PD)诊断的临床意义。方法选取2014年2月~2017年2月在张家港市锦丰镇人民医院诊治的PD患者80例为PD组,同期健康体检人员80例为对照组,利用TCS检查PD组黑质(SN)回声,利用PD的Hoehn-Yahr分期及PD统一评分量表(UPDRS)评估病情。结果 PD组SN回声阳性(SN+)率明显高于对照组(P <0.05);PD组SN+患者Hoehn-Yahr分期及UPDRS评分明显高于PD组SN-患者(P <0.05);TCS检查对PD的敏感性为89.6%,特异性为79.7%。结论 TCS检查对PD诊断的敏感性及特异性均较高。

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of transcranial sonography(TCS) examination in the diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease(PD).Methods A total of 80 PD patients in Jinfeng town people’s hospital were selected as the PD group from February 2014 to February 2017.80 healthy persons during the same period were assigned to the control group.The substantia nigra(SN) echo was examined by TCS.Hoehn-Yahr rating and the Unified Parkinson’ s Disease Rating Scale(UPDRS) were used to assess the patient’s condition.Results The positive rate of SN echo in PD group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05).The Hoehn-Yahr stage and UPDRS score in PD patients with positive SN echo were significantly higher than those in PD patients with negative SN echo(P < 0.05).The sensitivity and specificity of TCS for PD was 89.6% and 79.7%,respeatively.Conclusion The sensitivity and specificity of TCS are high in the diagnosis of PD.
