多西他赛联合内分泌治疗对老年晚期前列腺癌患者生活质量的影响

Effects of Docetaxel Combined with Androgen-deprivation on Quality of Life in Older Patients with Advanced Prostate Cancer

目的探究药物多西他赛联合内分泌治疗对老年晚期前列腺癌患者的生活质量的影响。方法选取2015年1月~2017年3月于吉林大学第一医院肿瘤中心就诊的40例老年晚期前列腺癌患者作为研究对象,以多西他赛联合内分泌治疗,采用癌症患者生活质量测定量表(EORTC QLQ-C30)和前列腺癌特异性生存质量补充量表(EORTC QLQ-PR25)比较化疗前、化疗结束时和化疗结束后12个月其生活质量。结果化疗结束时及结束后12个月患者的总体健康状况明显改善(P <0.05),疼痛及尿路症状也得到明显缓解(P <0.05);尽管化疗结束时疲乏、恶心呕吐、食欲丧失等症状明显加重(P <0.05),躯体功能减退(P <0.05),但在化疗结束后12个月这些症状均得到不同程度恢复,与化疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论多西他赛联合内分泌治疗能显著缓解老年晚期前列腺癌患者疼痛及尿路症状,提高其生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effects of docetaxel combined with androgen-deprivation therapy(ADT) on quality of life in older patients with advanced prostate cancer.Methods 40 older patients with advanced prostate cancer were chosen from January 2015 to March 2017 in the First Hospital of Jilin University.All patients received docetaxel combined with ADT.Quality of life was assessed by European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer QLQ-C30 scale(EORTC QLQ-C30) and QLQ-PR25 scale(EORTC QLQ-PR25) before chemotherapy,at the end of chemotherapy and 12 months after chemotherapy.Results The overall health status of patients at the end of chemotherapy and 12 months after chemotherapy were significantly improved(P <0.05).Pain and urinary tract symptoms were significantly reduced(P < 0.05).Even though the symptoms of fatigue,nausea,vomiting and appetite loss were aggravated(P < 0.05),physical function was reduced at the end of chemotherapy(P < 0.05),these symptoms were improved and physical function were recovered at 12 months after chemotherapy.There was no significant difference compared with before chemotherapy(P > 0.05).Conclusion Docetaxel combined with ADT significantly might relieve the pain and symptoms of urinary tract,and increase the quality of life in older patients with advanced prostate cancer.
