摘要
苏锡常南部高速公路设计过程中,为充分利用太湖隧道开挖土,对素土进行改性处理,使其满足规范设计要求,以用作新建高速公路路基材料。对开挖土进行分类,通过室内试验研究了素土在不同石灰、水泥掺量情况下的改性效果,利用击实试验分析了改性前后土体的击实特性,并在承载比(CBR)试验基础上评价了处理效果。结果显示,太湖隧道开挖的A、B、D类素土经过掺石灰或水泥改性后均能满足路用性能。本文在传统的掺加石灰或水泥改性土试验的基础上,考虑了石灰与水泥共同作用的改性方法,为苏锡常南部高速公路提供了完整的对比方案,为工程实施提供了理论参考和科学依据。
In the process of highway design in southern Su-xi-chang, it is necessary to modify the soil in order to make full use of the excavated soil when it is not meeting the requirements of used as the material of subgrade of new expressway. After clas- sification of the excavation soil, this paper studies the modification effect of different soil improved by different amount of lime and cement in laboratory tests. According to the compaction test, the compaction characteristics of the soil before and after modification are analyzed, and the effect is evaluated on the basis of CBR test. The results show that kinds of A, B, D plain soil excavated in Taihu tunnel can meet the road performance improved by lime and cement. On the basis of the traditional test of soil improved by lime and cement, this paper provides a complete comparison scheme and a theoretical reference and basis of project implementation for the southern highway of Su-xi-chang considering the interaction of lime and cement.
