摘要
针对目前有关路面加热型灌缝胶关键指标黏度、黏结力研究较少等问题,采用Brookfield旋转、弯曲蠕变劲度、直接黏结力试验方法对HY、SC和KLF 3种热灌型灌缝胶关键路用性能指标进行对比分析。研究结果表明:灌缝胶黏度决定其施工和易性,温度是影响黏度的关键因素,黏度顺序依次为KLF>SC>HY,温度敏感性顺序依次为SC>HY>KLF;弯曲蠕变劲度试验可以有效、直观地评价灌缝胶的低温拉伸性能,低温流变性能依次为HY>SC>KLF;灌缝胶的黏结力敏感性随着温度的升高而减小,黏结力依次为KLF>HY>SC。
In view of less research on the key indexes of viscosity and cohesive force of road surface heated caulking glue, Brookfield rotation method, bending creep stiffness and direct cohesive force test method were used to compare and analyze the key performance indexes of HY, SC and KLF caulking glue. The results show that the viscosity of caulking joint determines its construction workability, and temperature is the key factor affecting viscosity. The order of viscosity is KLF, SC, HY and or- der of temperature sensitivity is SC, HY, KLF. Bending creep stiffness test can effectively and intuitively evaluate the low temperature tensile properties of caulking glue and the order of low temperature rheological properties is HY, SC, KLF. The adhesive sensitivity of caulking adhesive decreased with the increase of temperature, and the order of adhesive force is KLF, HY, SC.
