摘要
总结国内外有源变轨距转向架和无源变轨距转向架移动锁紧机构的特点。以西班牙Talgo变轨距转向架由宽轨到准轨的变换为例,说明无源变轨距转向架的轨距变换过程,同时,对有源变轨距转向架的轨距变换过程进行研究。在此基础上,对比分析有源变轨距模式和无源变轨距模式在结构、轨距变换过程、方案设计难易程度以及发展趋势上的技术特点。
The characteristics of moving and locking mechanisms of active and passive variable gauge bogies at domestic and foreign are summarized. Taking the wide rail to the standard rail of Talgo in Spain as an example, the gauge change process of the passive variable gauge bogie is illustrated, and the gauge process of the active variable gauge bogie is described. The ad- vantages and disadvantages of active and passive variable gauge bogies in structure, gauge transformation process, difficulty in scheme design and development trend are compared.
