Determination of acrylic acid in drinking water by high performance liquid chromatography

摘要 目的建立一种测定生活饮用水中丙烯酸的高效液相色谱法。方法采用Waters Atlantis^■ T3色谱柱,以0.2%磷酸水溶液和乙腈为流动相,梯度洗脱,外标法定量。结果该方法在50~1 000μg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.999,检出限为15μg/L,定量限为50μg/L,低、中、高3个浓度的加标回收率为96.7%~102.6%、99.1%~100.4%、99.3%~100.7%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.5%~1.9%。结论建立的高效液相色谱法简单、快速、灵敏高、准确度好,适用于测定生活饮用水中丙烯酸的含量。 Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of acrylic acid in drinking water.Methods Waters Atlantis T3^■column was used as the analytic column;0.2%phosphoric acid aqueous solution and acetonitrile were applied as mobile phase with gradient elution;the external standard method was used for quantitation.Results The linear relationship of the method was good in the range of 50-1000μg/L.The correlation coefficient was 0.999.The limit of detection and quantitation was 15μg/L and 50μg/L,respectively.The recovery rates of spiked samples at low,medium and high concentration levels were 96.7%-102.6%,99.1%-100.4%,99.3%-100.7%,respectively;the relative standard deviations were from 0.5%to 1.9%,respectively.Conclusion The established method is simple,rapid,sensitive and accurate,and is suitable to determine the content of acrylic acid in drinking water.
