涉震网络舆情特点及应对处置对策研究

Research on the Characteristics of Network Public Opinion Related to Earthquakes and Countermeasures

文章简要介绍涉震网络舆情的概念、特点,指出在正确应对涉震网络舆情过程中存在的诸如相关的法律法规未形成体系,缺乏相应的监测和预警机制、正确的处置和预防措施等方面的问题。进一步提出为实现最大限度地消除涉震网络舆情危机、引导正确的舆论方向、客观真实地反映地震事件和地震工作及相关的信息,要采取完善监测机制、处置预案、快速反应机制、信息沟通渠道等应对措施,保障涉震网络舆情发挥积极的作用。

This paper briefly introduces the concept and characteristics of network public opinion related to earthquakes,and points out the problems in the process of correctly responding to network public opinion related to earthquakes,such as the lack of relevant laws and regulations,the lack of corresponding monitoring and early warning mechanism,the correct handling and preventive measures.In order to eliminate the crisis of network public opinion,guide the correct direction of public opinion,objectively and truly reflect the earthquake events,earthquake work and related information,we should take measures to improve the monitoring mechanism,disposal plan,rapid response mechanism,information communication channels and other countermeasures to ensure that network public opinion plays a positive role.
