摘要
为探究天然微生物菌肥对植物生长与抗逆性的影响,采用银杏叶片内生菌乙醇提取物Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅵ浸泡处理凤尾鸡冠花种子及叶面喷施温室盆栽试验,结果显示:内生菌醇提取物Ⅲ处理能促使鸡冠花叶片面积增大,单株鲜重比对照增加了287%;提取物Ⅰ处理植株抗旱性明显增强,成活率增加了297%,叶片花青素含量下降为对照的37%,葡萄糖含量为对照的420%;内生菌醇提取物Ⅵ能增强植株对病原真菌感染的抵抗力,叶片死亡细胞数目为对照的44%,对内生菌醇提取物Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅵ进行深入研究,能为更好地从分子遗传学水平探究内生菌与宿主植物间的相互作用机理提供理论基础。
In order to explore the effects of natural microbial fertilizers on plant growth and stress resistance,the extracts of endophyticⅠ,ⅢandⅥfrom Ginkgo leaf were used to soak the seeds of cockscomb and greenhouse pot experiment.The results showed thatⅢtreatment could increase the leaf area,and the fresh weight per plant increased by 287%compared with the control.The drought resistance of the treated plants treated with extractⅠwas significantly enhanced,the survival rate increased by 297%,the anthocyanin content of the leaves decreased to 37%of the control,and the glucose content was 420%of the control.Ⅵcould enhance the resistance of plants to pathogenic fungal infection.The number of dead cells in leaves was 44%of the control.Further study on endophytic alcohol extractsⅠ,ⅢandⅥcan provide a theoretical basis for better understanding of the interaction mechanism between endophytes and host plants from the level of molecular genetics.
