淹水胁迫对不同品种泡桐幼苗生长及生理生化特性的影响 被引量:4

摘要 探讨淹水胁迫下泡桐幼苗的生长及生理生化特性变化,为筛选泡桐抗渍品种造林提供指导。试验共3种淹水水平,处理时间为15 d。结果表明:不同淹水条件下不同泡桐幼苗的生长发生了显著的变化。5个品种泡桐相对高生长、相对地径生长、相对冠幅生长以及生物量增量都随着淹水胁迫程度的增加而减少,但9502变化不显著。除9502外,其它4个品种的叶绿素含量随着淹水程度加大而显著下降。叶片中游离脯氨酸含量、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白质含量、相对脂膜透性、MDA含量均随着土壤水分含量的增加而增大,但也有反应不明显的品种,如9502、苏桐3号。9502对淹水胁迫反应不敏感,受到伤害最小;在泡桐绿化造林中可通过适当的品种选择来抵御渍害。 The changes of growth,physiological and biochemical characteristics of Paulownia seedlings under flooding stress were explored to screen Paulownia waterlogging-resistant varieties and provide guidance for afforestation of Paulownia.Three flooding levels were set in the test,and the treatment time was 15 days.The results showed that the growth of Paulownia Seedlings changed significantly under different flooding conditions.The relative height growth,relative ground diameter growth,relative crown width and biomass increment of five Paulownia cultivars decreased with the increase of flooding stress,but the response degree of different cultivars was different,and the change of 9502 was not significant.The content of chlorophyll decreased significantly with the increase of flooding degree except 9502.The content of free proline,soluble sugar,soluble protein content,relative lipid membrane permeability and MDA content in leaves increased with the increase of soil moisture content,but there were also some varieties with no obvious response,such as 9502,Sutong 3.The variety 9502 was insensitive to flooding stress and suffered the least damage.In afforestation of Paulownia,appropriate varieties can be selected to resist waterlogging.
