摘要
以商洛黄芩种子及一年生黄芩幼苗为试验材料,研究了不同浓度(0.05%、0.10%、0.15%、0.20%、0.25%)外源壳聚糖(CTS)对黄芩种子萌发及幼苗生理特性的影响。结果表明:在不同浓度壳聚糖处理下,黄芩种子的各项萌发指标均比对照组高,且在壳聚糖浓度为0.15%时处理效果最佳,其发芽势、发芽率和发芽指数分别比对照组高出22.6、24.1个百分点和61.3%;在20%PEG6000模拟干旱胁迫下,黄芩幼苗叶片的叶绿素含量、SOD活性、POD活性、CAT活性、脯氨酸含量和可溶性糖含量均高于对照组,且在壳聚糖浓度为0.15%时处理效果最佳,比对照组CK 2(20%PEG6000)分别高出120%、19.8%、48.7%、28.1%、151.1%、3.22个百分点;经0.15%壳聚糖处理后,MDA含量较对照组CK 2降低了39.6%。
The seeds and annual seedlings of Scutellaria baicalensis in Shangluo were used as the test materials.The effects of different concentrations(0.05%,0.10%,0.15%,0.20%and 0.25%)of exogenous chitosan(CTS)on seed germination and seedling physiological characteristics of Scutellaria baicalensis were studied.The results showed that the seed germination index of Scutellaria baicalensis was higher than that of the control group under different concentrations of chitosan treatment,and the treatment effect was best when the chitosan concentration was 0.15%.Its germination potential,germination rate and germination index ratio group was 22.6 percent,24.1 percent,and 61.3%higher than that of the control.Under simulated drought stress of 20%PEG6000,the chlorophyll content,SOD activity,POD activity,CAT activity,proline content and soluble sugar content of Scutellaria baicalensis seedlings were higher than those of the control group,and the treatment effect was best when the chitosan concentration was 0.15%.They were 12%,19.8%,48.7%,28.1%,151.1%,and 3.22 percent higher than the CK 2(20%PEG6000).The MDA content was 39.6%lower than that of the CK 2.
